What we do with your details when you book a table or contact us.
Who we are
Toko Det is an Indonesian eatery in Playa del Inglés, Gran Canaria, run by Bernadette and Han. Questions about this page: tokodet@tokodet.com.
What we keep when you book
When you reserve a table, by website, phone, WhatsApp or in person, we note:
- your name
- your phone number
- your e-mail address, if you give one
- the number of guests, the date and time
- any remark you add, such as allergies or a birthday
What we use it for
Only to arrange your reservation: to confirm it, to reach you if something changes, and to have your table ready. We never sell or pass your details on.
Only if you tick the box when booking do we send you news from Toko Det now and then. You can unsubscribe with one click at the bottom of every letter.
Where your details are stored
Reservations live in our own reservation system on a server we manage ourselves within the EU. As a backup, in case that server is ever down during service, a copy of the upcoming reservations is kept in the Google Calendar and Google Drive of Toko Det's own Google account. Only Bernadette, Han and the people working the floor can see it.
How long we keep it
Reservations stay in our system for our own records. If you want yours removed, or want to know what we have on you, send an e-mail and we take care of it.
Cookies and this website
This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. If you call or WhatsApp us through the button on the site, that call is set up by our own contact service and nothing about it is stored beyond the reservation itself.
